“Favorite amenity is the pool! It’s so quiet and peaceful in this neighborhood. I’ve been here for a little under two years and I used to live here in high school with my parents. The management staff is always so friendly and never hesitates to say Hi when they are out and about. Great place to live!”

“I am a new resident here & can’t speak highly enough about the experiences thus far. The touring process was so smooth with the self tour abilities. I was unexpectedly out of town on my move in day and the staff went above & beyond to help; arranging for all move in documents and keys to be in my apartment for me when I returned since coming during office hours & holidays was difficult for me. The maintenance team also brought packages/furniture inside my apartment for me to ensure their safety until I returned. Any concerns addressed and eliminated so quickly & smoothly. I’m very comforted in my choice to live in this neighborhood and look forward to it!”

“I love the beautiful lagoon outside my door, the staff are friendly and they respod very rapidly to maintenance requests. We have a wonderful valet trash pick up, so I don’t have to lug my garbage to the dumpster, and we also have an incredible pest control. We had a small problem at one time, and they responded Johnny on the spot to handle it. We haven’t seen a bug since. We have the bug man come by every two weeks, and he does a fantastic job. I’ve lived in many multi housing units, and also have been a property manager and one, and I can testify that we receive exellent service here. As an aside, I also love the coded locks, since i am famous for losing my keys.”

“Five stars all the way! The property manager and team are seriously amazing—friendly, responsive, and actually care about the residents (which feels rare these days). Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve been on it fast and with a smile. And maintenance? Top-tier. Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and usually sooner than expected. They’re professional, respectful, and somehow manage to fix things right the first time—magic, honestly. It’s clear this team takes pride in what they do, and it makes living here a great experience. “My wife and I have lived here just over 2 years now and have loved our experience. The staff has always been very helpful, from the move in process and any questions we had then, to maintenance requests, and the few and far between community concerns we’ve had. We haven’t taken advantage of the gym much, but the pool and grill area have been a favorite of ours when having friends over during the summer months. The smart home features in the apartment are great, but one of our favorite things is our fireplace as well as spacious screened in patio area. Overall we have enjoyed our time being residents!”

“Moved in a few weeks ago, all was smooth. Had some issues with the washing machine but maintenance showed up quick. Enjoying the screened in porch as well as the gym. Everyone has been very friendly so far. They also do a good job keeping the property clean.”

“I moved in about 5 months ago and I have absolutely loved living here. The community is always so quiet and well-maintained.. it’s truly a sanctuary. The beautifully landscaped pool is never over-crowded and it feels like a true tropical getaway, which made it a strong selling point for me. My absolute favorite feature of my home is the incredibly spacious screened in porch, which overlooks Windsor Parke Golf Course— I have honestly not seen a larger porch for any apartment/condo here in Jacksonville. “Well it’s a nice neighborhood but it’s employees are so uptight it’s ridiculous. If a current renter walks off from a guest for 2min they tell you that you are not allowed visitors anymore. Smh”
